Rosalie Etherington, Ph.D., launched Imago Dei Services to provide expert psychological examinations, forensic evaluations, and psychotherapy to individuals, government agencies, private companies, and the court system. Dr. Etherington's over thirty years of experience include forensic evaluations, expertise in sex offender assessments and treatment, Joint Commission compliance, development of treatment and health care management systems, interaction with government bodies, public speaking, and person-centered therapy. She served as the Superintendent of the North Dakota State Hospital for over six years.
